THE SUPREME COURT HAS DONE IT AGAIN!

Kenya has been becoming a hot house of failed marriages and former spouses have been in battle for ages over the wealth in place and since the court decided to interven and help solve the silent crisis,things have now become even more thrilling.
 the Supreme court judge stating in his statement that ,"There will be no equal division of wealth..." The women folk in this marriage business seem to be mostly affected by this ruling.
The Supreme Court further ruled out that the only division of wealth should happen in terms of the ones each spouse has gained personally over the time spent in marriage."
This is a total relief to the men whose wealth has been declining because of failed marriages and now everyone has to work for his/her share.
Well Twitter never goes silent and the tweets were even livelier than the ruling of the court itself.
THE QUESTION OF THE DAY STANDS,'WAS THE SUPREME COURT RIGHT IN MAKING THIS RULING? WILL IT HELP MARRIAGES FROM FAILING BECAUSE OF GOLD DIGGERS AND NOT REAL SPOUSES?
